Refund Policy: Failed Videos and Unused Credits

• Failed videos: if a video fails, times out or is blocked by our safety checks, its credits return to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
• Unused credits: email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund the unused part of the pack to your original payment method.
• Used credits: credits used for a finished video are not refundable, because the video was made on your request. If something clearly went wrong with a result, write to us and we will look at it.

Refunds go back through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the reseller (checkout shows “Sold through Link”) and adds any sales tax or VAT due where you live; the charge appears on your statement under the name shown at checkout.
